One of the images from Guardians of the Galaxy 3 gives us a fresh look at Ravager Gamora.

Gamora (Zoe Saldana), who plays the role of leader of the Ravagers in James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, is featured in a new image from the film.

A new picture from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 gives fans a better look at the villainous Ravager Gamora.

Despite the fact that Thanos sacrificed her to obtain the Soul Stone in Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios discovered a means to bring back the character without just restoring her.

Instead, the protagonist we know and love today hails from the year 2014, as seen in Avengers: Endgame. This means that she has no recall of her time spent with the misfit band of cosmic heroes.

This makes it possible for the film's director, James Gunn, to continue using Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

One of the most important aspects of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the predicament that Gamora finds herself in.

When the events of Avengers: Endgame, Star-Lord made the decision to continue looking for her, and it seems likely that this is what the crew undertakes after they say goodbye to Thor in Thor: Love and Thunder.

It was revealed that Gamora has taken over as commander of the Ravagers at the panel that Marvel Studios hosted at the San Diego Comic-Con 2022.

Having said that, however to the fact that the video from the threequel was only shown in an exclusive capacity at the event, the general public is still waiting to see what she genuinely looks like in her new role.

Thankfully, Zoe Saldana has just recently posted a number of photos to her Instagram account, including one that was shot while she was filming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

In the photograph, the actress can be seen working on set while dressed as Gamora, and it looks like she is wearing Ravager garb.

Check out the aforementioned video down below:

As Gamora's rise to the position of leader of the Ravagers has not been explained, nor has a date been specified for the publication of the film's trailer, fans are left to speculate about the specifics of this subplot.

On the other hand, it sheds light on how Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 intends to answer the important issue raised by Avengers: Endgame, which is "where did she go after Thanos was defeated?"

After the conflict at Avengers HQ, it is reasonable to assume that Gamora managed to escape Earth in some fashion so that she could rejoin her other cosmic-based characters and hang out with them once more.

After that, she goes on an adventure around the galaxy until she finds herself mixing with the Ravagers.

It is reasonable to presume that Gamora's convoluted journey after Endgame will be handled in the subsequent film given that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will mark the end of the road for the original cosmic squad and will be released after Endgame.

However, what occurs after that is a mystery, not just for her but also for the other members of the team.

Gunn has stated that there would be at least one significant fatality in his future picture, and considering the circumstances surrounding Gamora, it would not be shocking if she was among those who perished.
