Earnings for Bryce Dallas Howard from Jurassic World increased because to Chris Pratt's assistance.

Chris Pratt aided Bryce Dallas Howard in her discussions with the company to get equal remuneration for their roles in the Jurassic World spinoff films.

Taking on the role of Claire, Bryce Dallas Howard stars in Jurassic World: Dominion.

Bryce Dallas Howard discusses how Chris Pratt's involvement with the Jurassic World franchise has increased her salary.

Since the release of Jurassic World in 2015, Howard and Pratt have shared the screen together in the franchise.

Alongside Pratt's Owen Grady, Howard's Claire Dearing serves as a co-lead in the film.

Both of them had cameos in the sequels to Jurassic World, Fallen Kingdom, and Dominion.

In 2018, the high pay of the film's two main actors, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard attracted headlines.

It was alleged that Pratt was paid $10 million for the sequel, while Howard was paid $8 million, despite the fact both Claire and Owen contribute equally to the series.

As a result of her contract being negotiated for the entire trilogy, it was recently discovered that Howard's remuneration for Jurassic World: the Fallen Kingdom was far lower than what was claimed.

She made a fraction of what Pratt did, but the disparity between their salaries is indicative of the widespread wage disparity in the Hollywood industry.

However, Pratt attempted to aid his co-star by arguing for equal remuneration for Jurassic World ancillary money.

Howard addressed her discussions with Pratt about their separate incomes for the Jurassic World movie in the same Insider interview in which she detailed the compensation gap.

Pratt promised Howard that he would spearhead discussions for equal compensation for all franchise-related work, including video games and attractions.

See what she has to say in the box provided below:

"I can say that Chris and I have talked about it, and he has told me, "You guys don't even have to do anything" anytime there was a chance to change anything that hadn't already been agreed, like a game or a ride.

All negotiations will be conducted by myself.

We're both getting paid the same, so there's no need to worry about it, Bryce.

That's why he has my undying admiration and affection.

I do because I've made more money doing those things than I did on the film itself."

In Jurassic World: Dominion, Bryce Dallas Howard plays Claire Dearing.

It appears that Howard benefited from this deal if what she is saying is correct.

In addition to being more proof that she was paid significantly less for Jurassic World than was first reported, the news that she was "paid more for" the offshoot content than "ever was for the movie" is astounding.

It was crucial that Pratt advocates for equal pay because else this would have been just another instance of a woman in Hollywood being paid much less than a man for the same work.

What Pratt ended up doing for Howard in Jurassic World is both inspiring and heartbreaking.

On the one hand, it's crucial for Hollywood's most prominent males to support Hollywood's most powerful women.

Even if those women have the same level of fame as males, they may not be taken seriously.

It's unfortunate that Pratt had to "move the needle" since no one at the studios would listen to Howard's discussions or consider paying her equally.

Hopefully, the needle may be moved even farther, and maybe without the need for a male actor's aid, if other great performers like Howard speak up about their experiences working on blockbuster films.
