Kang Will Be A More Dangerous Villain After Ant-Man 3, Writer Explains

After Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quatumania, writer Jeff Loveness hints to more deadly Kang versions with a wider range of abilities.
In Ant-Man and the Wasp, Kang was formally introduced to the MCU; the stories of Quantumania and Loveness will continue in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
Kang is a strong and perceptive Nexus Being that can travel through time and has connections to other universes that are rare.

Loveness hinted about potential "omnipotent powers" for Kang in an exclusive chat with Screen Rant.
The debut of Kang in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania was likened to Loki in Thor, he said.
Loveness has also dropped hints about these upcoming powers and the increased threat posed by the Kang versions.

I'm Jeff Loveness, and I'd like to say:
In particular, I wished to avoid coming into contact with any more of his unlimited abilities.
There's plenty of time to deal with that later.
I think the major potential here was to say, "Let's save all that time travel stuff, let's keep all that crazy multiverse stuff for later," in the same way that the first Thor movie allows you get to know who Loki is before he takes it to 11 in Avengers.

Why Kang the Conqueror Wore Blue Clothes and Makeup is a Relevant Topic.

How Deadly Are Other Possible Varieties of Kang?

The statue of kang the conqueror from the closing episode of season one of loki

Those that seemed powerless in the face of the villain's might, like He Who Remains and Kang the Conqueror, ultimately prevailed.
A Loki offshoot named Sylvie murdered He Who Remains, ripping the universe apart and setting in motion events like Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange: The Multiverse of Madness.
While Ant-Man and the Wasp were able to defeat Kang the Conqueror, both of these variations made attempts to warn their opponents of a far more serious threat: their counterparts.
In the comics, Kang is powerless, but his technology is so advanced that it makes him seem like he has superhuman skills.

The Council of Kangs is interested in the "primary" timeline of the MCU, particularly after Kang the Conqueror was defeated and banished.
Loveness has hinted to abilities the Council of Kangs has that the other two Kang types do not, setting the stage for them to become even more destructive.
As a hub, Kang is a nexus.
Being capable of time travel and other multiversal feats of power.
Kang the Conqueror failed to deliver on his fantastic promises and terrifying threats, but he did demonstrate some of his potential might.

Killing Cassie and forcing Scott to repeat the event over and over again is horrible, but in comparison to the universes he destroyed, it feels like a trivial parlor trick.
The power to travel through time, Kang's intelligence, and his variations are his strongest weapons.
He can deploy a time-traveling army of variations, employ cutting-edge technology, and strike at any point in history.
If the forms of this figure shown so far, such as He Who Remains in Loki and Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, are any indication, the variations to come will be really tough for the MCU heroes.

Sherlock Holmes 3 Delay Explained By Original Director Guy Ritchie

Guy Ritchie has spoken out about the ten-year delay in making Sherlock Holmes 3.
Ritchie's 2009 picture starring Robert Downey Jr. as the legendary detective created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was well-received by critics, won a Golden Globe for Downey Jr.'s performance, and was nominated for two Academy Awards.
The film's success at the box office led to the production of a sequel, 2011's Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, which earned $543 million worldwide and prompted the order of a third feature, which is now stuck in development purgatory.

Despite a quick turnaround between the first two films, Sherlock Holmes 3 has been in production for quite some time.
The major reason for the delay, according to several updates supplied by Downey Jr., co-star Jude Law, and producers Joel Silver and Lionel Wigram, has been waiting for the greatest script possible before moving forward with the threequel.
It makes reasonable that they would try to redeem themselves with a stronger follow-up after Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows was so close to receiving a "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Many people have wondered if a third Sherlock Holmes film would ever be made because of Robert Downey Jr.'s involvement in the MCU as Iron Man.
Recently, though, there have been some encouraging developments for the project, including Paramount's appointment of Rocketman's Dexter Fletcher to helm the picture.
Confirming the actor's continued interest in the concept, it was reported in late 2020 that Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, would be working with Warner Bros. to extend the Sherlock Holmes brand to include offshoot TV projects at HBO Max.

In spite of Ritchie's departure, fans of the first two films can rest certain that Downey Jr. will be keeping a careful watch on the production of Sherlock Holmes 3 to ensure that it lives up to its potential.
Now that the actor's contract with the MCU has ended, his schedule should be much more amenable to a major production like a new Sherlock Holmes.
But he also has Play Dirty, based on a novel by Shane Black, and an adaptation of The Sympathizer in the works, so it might be a while before we see Sherlock Holmes 3 in theaters.

The Kang Dynasty Writer Teases Variants and Avengers They'll Face [EXCLUSIVE]

Writer Jeff Loveness hints to the possibility of two new Avengers and two new, more powerful Kang variations appearing in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
After working with Marvel Studios on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Loveness is back for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
In Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Loveness not only brought the Council of Kangs to life in the mid-credits sequence, but he also introduced Kang the Conqueror to the MCU.

Loveness gave an exclusive interview to Screen Rant in which she described how the new Kang versions are much more hazardous than Kang the Conqueror.
Lovelessness casually mentions a hitherto unmentioned Kang dialect.
There's a possibility that his remark of two seasoned Avengers might be a tease for their entrance in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

When Kang the Conqueror is defeated, the mid-credits sequence in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania introduces three new villains: Immortus, Rama-Tut, and The Centurion.
Loveness portrays these Kang variations as shrewd, cunning, and ultimately terrifying creatures.
They are a formidable foe on their own, but when united under the Council of Kangs' leadership, these splinter groups of the Kang race represent an even greater danger.

Loveness alludes to Iron Lad, a character who has not yet been revealed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Iron Lad, a fascinating version of Kang, battles alongside the Young Avengers to stop Kang from fulfilling his destiny.
With the introduction of Cassie Lang, Kate Bishop, and America Chavez, it appears that the MCU is laying the groundwork for the Young Avengers squad.
Maybe Iron Lad will make his debut in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, which would be a great way to finally get the Young Avengers team off the ground.

In addition to these two, Loveness singles out Hawkeye and War Machine as Avengers who would have a hard time taking on Kang.
The fact that he chooses to illustrate his points with these two seasoned heroes is intriguing.
Perhaps it's because neither Ant-Man nor Captain America has any special abilities, but he doesn't even name them as potential leaders in the fight against Kang.
Given Kang's boasts about murdering Avengers, it would make more sense to face a more formidable foe like Hulk, Doctor Strange, or Thor if he wants to prove that he is more strong than the other Avengers.
The fact that Loveness mentioned War Machine and Hawkeye suggests that the two seasoned heroes will play a significant role in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

Elizabeth Olsen Teases Scarlet Witch's Return In The MCU

After Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, Elizabeth Olsen hints to Scarlet Witch's return to the MCU.
One of the most notable results of Stage 4 was Scarlet Witch's development.
While Scarlet Witch made great strides in WandaVision, she took a far more sinister turn in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.
As the antagonist of the second Doctor Strange film, Wanda eventually turned good and gave her life to wipe out all alternate realities' copies of the Darkhold.
Yet, despite the appearance that this was the end for Scarlet Witch, her destiny is still unknown.

Given that Scarlet Witch as portrayed by Olsen has become not just a fan favorite but also a major figure in the MCU, her return is guaranteed.
Yet, the how and when remain unknown, especially now that Phase 5 has begun.
Wanda's appearance in one of the next movies or TV episodes is inevitable as the Multiverse Saga continues.
Wanda may not return until Phase 6 if Marvel Studios is determined to keep fans waiting.

Some fans believe that the Scarlet Witch may make a surprise cameo in the WandaVision spinoff program Agatha: Coven of Chaos.
MCU stars have stringent contracts regarding what they can and cannot leak, so it wouldn't be surprising if Olsen's denial that she is popping up is false.
As WandaVision is such an integral part of each of their stories, Agatha: Coven of Chaos would be a great pick for Wanda's return to the MCU.
If they are talking about Phase 6, she might perhaps return in either Avengers: The Kang Dynasty or Avengers: Secret Wars.

If Scarlet Witch returns to the MCU, the most shocking development would be Olsen's appearance as a new version of Wanda.
Many people feel strongly about this particular Scarlet Witch, so whether or not that is the wisest course of action is debatable.
Wanda as a mutant may be an interesting alternative, especially considering Marvel Studios' plans to incorporate the X-Men into the MCU.
Scarlet Witch's return to the MCU following Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness should be made plain sooner rather than later.

Fast X Poster: Fast & Furious Franchise's Biggest Cast Unites For Another Ride

A new poster for Fast X features the film's largest ensemble to date.
The main Fast & Furious series will conclude with a two-parter, the first of which, named Fast X, will hit theaters this spring.
The marketing campaign for Fast X has ramped up a notch with the publication of the colossal Fast X trailer last month, as the highly anticipated release date draws nearer.

Here, check out the latest piece of promotional material released by the high-octane franchise in anticipation of Fast X:

The Fast X ensemble is lead once again by Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto, who will be accompanied by fellow regulars including Letty Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez), Roman (Tyrese Gibson), Tej (Ludacris), Mia (Jordana Brewster), Han (Sung Kang), Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel), and Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) (Jason Statham).
Jakob, played by John Cena, was first seen in F9 as Dom's brother and the film's major antagonist. He will return in Fast X, although this time he appears to be on the good side of things.
In addition, Charlize Theron's wicked Cipher returns, and this time she's brought a powerful new ally with her.

Most fans are looking forward to seeing Jason Momoa (Aquaman) and Brie Larson (Captain Marvel) in their new roles as Dante Reyes (son of Hernan Reyes) and Tess (rogue representative of Mr. Nobody's agency), respectively, in Fast X.
The poster also features newcomers Alan Ritchson as Agent Aimes, the new head of Mr. Nobody's agency, and Daniela Melchior as a Brazilian street racer in The Suicide Squad.
Fast & Furious has proven that a huge cast can work in a franchise picture, and with a lengthy running time, Fast X should be able to do honor to each of the many characters in the series.

Star Trek's Gates McFadden Explains Her Jack Ryan Movie Disappointment

Dr. Cathy Ryan, played by Gates McFadden in The Hunt for Red October, discusses her dismay at being passed over for future Jack Ryan films.
McFadden, along with the rest of the cast from Star Trek: The Next Generation, is presently appearing in the third season of Star Trek: Picard.
McFadden, meantime, had a brush with the blossoming Jack Ryan movie genre in 1990, when she made a cameo appearance in The Hunt For Red October. This was while TNG was still airing.

While Gates McFadden only appeared briefly and said a few words at the beginning of The Hunt For Red October, she will be remembered as the first actress to play Dr. Cathy Ryan, a part that has subsequently been played by Anne Archer, Bridget Moynahan, Keira Knightley, and Abbie Cornish.
McFadden recalls that Alec Baldwin didn't return as Jack Ryan in 1992's Patriot Games because he "requested for too much money," but this isn't the explanation Baldwin provided for Harrison Ford to replace him.

Baldwin posted a column for the Huffington Post in 2011 in which he explained his side of the story regarding his dismissal from the Jack Ryan role after years of lying "a half-truth about schedule issues."
Baldwin said that Paramount "slashed his neck" because the studio owed a famous "actor a big quantity of money for a greenlit project that fell apart," and that "moving me away would assist to lessen that obligation and install someone with considerably more power at the box office than my in the role."
Baldwin is making a reference to the decision to cast Harrison Ford as Jack Ryan in Patriot Games.
Paramount executive David Kirkpatrick, however, disputed Baldwin's allegation, claiming that Baldwin "withdrew from... Patriot Games, over a problem of script approval."

In an interesting twist, Gates McFadden offers a third reason why Alec Baldwin's version of Patriot Games, in which Gates would have reprised her role as Cathy Ryan, was never produced.
McFadden still feels bad about missing out on the opportunity to play the franchise's first female protagonist, years before Star Trek: The Next Generation's cinematic adaptations began with 1994's Star Trek: Generations.
Yet Gates McFadden is giving a career-best performance in Star Trek: Picard's third season.

Mark Ruffalo Candidly Talks Awkward Edward Norton Hulk Replacement Situation

Mark Ruffalo, who took over for Edward Norton as the Incredible Hulk in the MCU during Phase 1, has spoken out about the issue.
After the success of MCU starter Iron Man in 2008, the sequel The Incredible Hulk debuted the MCU's Hulk with Norton.
After the release of the film, Norton decided to step down from his role as Hulk due to a variety of production concerns; Ruffalo was cast in the character for The Avengers in 2010.
Ruffalo has spoken out about the replacement's awkwardness now that characters from The Incredible Hulk have returned to the MCU.

The Incredible Hulk, in which Norton starred in 2008, has been firmly reinserted into the MCU canon, with significant characters from the film making cameo appearances in later films.
William Hurt, who played Thunderbolt Ross in The Incredible Hulk, returned to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in numerous films beginning with Captain America: Civil War in 2016.
The role of Thunderbolt Ross, the United States President in the MCU, had been held by the late John Hurt, but now that he has passed away, Harrison Ford has been cast in the role. His first appearance as Ross will be in the upcoming Captain America: New World Order.

There are persistent rumors that the film featuring Anthony Mackie as the next Captain America, Sam Wilson, would have a significant role for the Hulk.
Given that Marvel has already cast Ford as the new Thunderbolt Ross and that Tim Blake Nelson will be playing Samuel Sterns, the villain from The Incredible Hulk, in the MCU (in the form of the fully realized villain The Leader), this makes sense.
Fans of The Incredible Hulk will be pleased to know that Ruffalo's Bruce Banner and Tim Roth's Abomination have already met on the Disney+ series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, so they won't have to wait for the upcoming Captain America picture.

Now that both Banner and Ross are back, the only Incredible Hulk actors still absent from the Marvel Cinematic Universe are Betty Ross (Liv Tyler) and Ed Norton.
Neither Norton nor Ruffalo's return to the MCU has been confirmed, although they might potentially play the Hulk together in a next film.
The Multiverse Saga of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will continue till 2026's Avengers: Secret Wars, according to Marvel Studios.
The Incredible Hulk's primary actor, Edward Norton, may be reconciled with the studio by playing a role in the multiverse film with his pal, Mark Ruffalo.

Laurence Fishburne Seemingly Forgets He's Already In The MCU

In Ant-Man and the Wasp, Laurence Fishburne plays Bill Foster, and he seems to have forgotten that he previously became a member of the MCU.
Laurence Fishburne, who is well-known for his roles in Boyz n the Hood and the Matrix series, is just one of several well-known Hollywood actors who have recently joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Fishburne made his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in 2018's Ant-Man and the Wasp, as Bill Foster, Hank Pym's old SHIELD colleague and Ava Starr's carer.

In an interview for the Phase Zero podcast on ComicBook.com, Laurence Fishburne discussed his love for the MCU while promoting John Wick 4.
Fishburne says he can't wait for the next Captain America film and hints that he'd be eager to join the franchise if the opportunity presented itself.
Fishburne's language makes it sound as though he forgot he was already an MCU cast member.
Have a look at the video down below.

At the conclusion of Ant-Man and the Wasp, Bill Foster, played by Laurence Fishburne, was seen running away from the FBI with his adopted daughter Ava Starr.
As Hannah John-Ava Kamen's Starr aka Ghost will be making a return appearance in Marvel's Thunderbolts, it's probable that Fishburne's Bill Foster may make a brief cameo appearance to provide an update on his whereabouts.
As Fishburne's character has links to Pym Particles and the Quantum Realm, he might return in some way in future MCU appearances involving Ant-Man.

Whether or whether Laurence Fishburne is being sarcastic about his potential role in the MCU, his enthusiasm for Captain America: New World Order provides a strong hint.
Given that Anthony Mackie's Captain America would be eager to promote the visibility of undervalued Black superheroes, Bill Foster's debut in Captain America: New World Order would be a good match.
As how Sam Wilson brought attention to Isaiah Bradley's history as a forgotten Super Soldier in Falcon and the Winter Soldier, so too may he bring attention to Bill Foster's background as a shapeshifting scientist who became Giant-Man before Scott Lang ever donned the Ant-Man helmet.

Will Tom Holland Be In Spider-Verse Movies? Sony Exec Has Intriguing Answer

One Sony official has hinted that Tom Holland's version of Spider-Man from the MCU might make an appearance in the future sequel to Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
The upcoming Spider-Man: Into the Multiverse film is a sequel to the critically acclaimed 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and will include hundreds of Spider-Man iterations from other universes.
Given the film's multiverse premise, fans of Tom Holland's Spider-Man, who was last seen in 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home, have naturally speculated that he may make a cameo.

In the future, even if Tom Holland doesn't show up in Into the Spider-Verse, his Spider-Verse counterpart is likely to cross paths with Miles Morales (Shameik Moore).
As the multiverse is a major theme in both of these franchises, it is easier than ever to go from one universe to another.
It's possible that Tom Holland's Spider-Man won't show up in Across the Spider-Verse, but there's no reason he couldn't show up in the sequel next year, Beyond the Spider-Verse, or any flicks after that.
Peter Parker, as portrayed by Holland, has more than enough experience with alternate dimensions to tackle the Spider-Verse realm and its many offshoots.

Miles Morales, from Across the Spider-Verse, might yet make a cameo in the fourth Spider-Man film from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which has yet to get a title.
Although being in pre-production, the thrilling sequel won't enter theaters until far after the release of Beyond the Spider-Verse in 2024.
This opens the door for the Spider-Verse franchise's protagonist to be transplanted to Earth-616 and make future appearances alongside Tom Holland's Spider-Man.
If Beyond the Spider-Verse is meant to be the last film in the trilogy, Sony may be more willing to let Marvel Studios take control of their adored version of Miles Morales.

There are a number of ways in which Tom Holland's Spider-Man may meet Miles Morales, but the Multiverse Saga climax, Avengers: Secret Wars, seems like the most likely place for their first encounter.
In truth, Miles Morales was brought from the Ultimate World to Earth-616 by the 2015 comic book event on which the film is based, making him a permanent member of the mainstream Marvel Universe.
Whether or not Miles Morales has previously been exposed to MCU characters in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the epic multiverse structure of the next Avengers film makes it simple for Secret Wars to include a cameo appearance.

MCU Spoilers Subreddit Shuts Down Amid Legal Battle With Disney

Due to Disney and Marvel's crackdown on MCU spoilers, the popular Marvel Spoilers sub-Reddit has been taken down.
Information regarding MCU films and TV episodes have frequently leaked over the years, despite the fact that the studio has a reputation for being extremely secretive about the plots of its productions.
Kevin Feige's Marvel Studios is now taking measures to punish anyone responsible for leaking information.

Variety reports that Disney has filed a petition in a California federal district court on behalf of Marvel on Friday, March 10.
They requested the court issue a subpoena compelling Reddit to disclose the identities of those responsible for the January 20, 2023, disclosure of conversational spoilers regarding Ant-Man 3 on the r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers forum.
The subreddit's "u/MSSmods'" and "any other user(s) responsible for publishing, modifying, and/or maintaining the content" are named as defendants in this case, which covers the time period from January 15 to February 15.
This request has been made under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States (DMCA).
The website Reddit has issued a statement in reaction to the controversy.

Marvel Studios has always been known to keep some of its films' plots and characters a secret.
It all started 15 years ago with Nick Fury's surprise debut in Iron Man's famous post-credits sequence.
Actors say they aren't given full scripts (or are given false scripts) to prevent spoilers from leaking out early.

There have been one too many leaks in the developing MCU Multiverse Saga, unfortunately for Marvel Studios.
They detract from watching a film in theaters.
To begin, it's tough to tell if these leaks are legit.
Most leakers have disclaimers in place to protect them in case their "exclusive" turns out to be a hoax.
Second, when information about a film leaks out, audiences form expectations based on that information and may be let down if those expectations aren't met.

The outcome of this effort is presently unknown.
As seen by their statement, Reddit appears to have no interest in complying with Disney's legal demand.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe will continue production despite the situation, and perhaps there will be fewer leaks in the future.

The Flash Movie Villain's Powers Revealed by Merch

Details regarding the movie's antagonist and his abilities have leaked out via merch.
While the DCEU winds down, a new DC Universe is being created.
There are, however, a couple more DCEU films scheduled for release before DC Studios' new series gets rolling.
The Flash is one of them; planning for the film began in 2014.
Although though Ezra Miller reprises his role as Barry Allen, he really plays many iterations of the classic Comic hero.
Miller has portrayed not one but two versions of Barry throughout promotion, with one being an alternate reality's version.

According to the latest The Flash teaser, the speedster Flash battles in the DCEU is Dark Flash.
To what extent this is true is yet to be seen.
Dark Flash, or Black Flash to be more accurate, is the Speedster equivalent of Death in the comics.
Merchandise for The Flash, however, suggests a different path for Dark Flash in the DCEU.

Many people believe that Dark Flash is actually a mirror image of Barry in the film adaptation of The Flash.
Even while the two Barrys will begin as friends, the new one may eventually become the villainous Dark Flash.
A major difference between him and his comic book equivalent is his ability to take the souls of speed demons.
The DCEU's Dark Flash comes out as more of an enemy and less of a Death figure now.

It will be interesting to watch where The Flash movie takes Dark Flash if he is indeed supposed to be the other Barry.
Just when The Flash's Dark Flash becomes relevant to the plot is unclear, although it probably won't be until the second act.
Whether or not Dark Flash will play a significant role in The Flash movie's summer release remains to be seen, but only time will tell.

Mission: Impossible 7 Poster Makes Tom Cruise’s Big Stunt Even Scarier

The first poster for Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning, Part One, has emerged, and it features Tom Cruise doing his most dangerous stunt yet.
Part one of the Mission: Impossible series' two-part series finale, dubbed Dead Reckoning, will premiere this summer.
In May of 2022, the first trailer for Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning, Part One, was published. In the last scene, Cruise rides his motorbike off a cliff.

Marketers for Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One have focused on Cruise's cliff leap because, as is customary with Cruise's daring stunts, it features a near-death experience.
Back in May of 2022, the first teaser was published, and it featured the very first video of the crazy stunt.
For what it calls "the largest stunt in movie history," Paramount offered a lengthy behind-the-scenes look at the production late last year.
The movie's official poster now features the stunt once again as the movie's main attraction.

Cruise had to spend a year practicing for the outrageous feat, which involved his riding a motorbike over a cliff and then base jumping to a point below. The stunt also called for Cruise to learn advanced skydiving techniques, canopy control, and other related abilities.
Shooting day, Cruise did the stunt six times to get it right.
There's a good reason why the amazing feat has been front and center throughout the promotion for Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, and why it will be the main draw when the film opens in theaters on June 28.

John Wick 4 Reviews: Keanu Reeves Kills It (Again) In Action-Packed Sequel

Pre-release reviews for John Wick: Chapter 4 have begun to appear online.
The narrative revolves around John's attempt to bring down the High Table while the price on his head rises as he travels throughout the world.
The publication of Chapter 4 had been planned for May 2021, however it was delayed due to COVID limitations and Keanu Reeves' busy schedule.

The much-awaited critical reception to the franchise's fourth entry has begun.
To date, 26 critics have given the film an 88% approval rating on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
Good things have been said about the film overall, with critics praising the stunning action scenes and the uncanny resemblance Reeves creates between himself and the character of Wick.
Here are some reviews, broken up into bite-sized chunks:

The action and set pieces in John Wick: Chapter 4 have been praised by critics.
In this chapter, Wick takes the reader on a worldwide adventure filled with exotic locales and nonstop action.
A lack of coherence in the storyline has dissatisfied several reviewers, who attribute it to the absence of Derek Kolstad, the man who wrote the previous John Wick films.
The 169-minute length is certainly a cause for concern, yet it appears to go very quickly as John slaughters his foes with hardly a breath between them.

Keanu Reeves, who plays John Wick, is also slated to offer a stellar performance.
The charisma of Reeves on film makes it impossible not to root for him as he methodically eliminates those who have offended him at an alarming pace.
Reeves's dedication to the series is evident in his performance despite his extended tenure in the role.

John Wick, Chapter 4 will also serve to establish the franchise's future sequels and spinoffs.
There are presently two spinoffs under development.
In the prequel series The Continental, young Winston begins his career as a hotelier for the High Table in the 1970s.
Female-led franchise expansion Ballerina, starring Ana de Armas, is about a young ballet assassin on a mission of vengeance against the people responsible for her parents' deaths.
The early response to the fourth edition of the popular franchise John Wick has been overwhelmingly good, increasing anticipation for the film.

"Reduced Consumer Choice & Harmed Workers": DOJ Asked To Investigate WBD Merger

The combination of Warner Bros. and Discovery is being investigated by lawmakers who claim it hurt jobs and less options for consumers. In the early years of 2022, Warner Bros. combined with Discovery Inc to form Warner Bros. Discovery. The merger resulted in several changes, including the appointment of David Zaslav as CEO, the appointment of James Gunn and Peter Safran as co-CEOs of the DC studios division, and the combination of HBO Max and Discovery+. The corporate shakeup, which resulted in widespread layoffs and other cost-cutting measures, was not warmly accepted by all employees.

The HBO Streaming Strategy Is a Rehash of Its Roots (With 1 Big Risk)
Workers dread additional layoffs, and customers fear higher prices and canceled content, as a result of these decisions. Legislators are starting to wonder if WBD should be allowed to do this, given that it is consolidating a large chunk of the entertainment business while simultaneously decreasing its staff and thereby limiting the number of available jobs. In addition, if no other companies emerge to challenge Warner Bros. Discovery, its high costs and limited selection might become the only options for customers. Even if the DOJ doesn't open an investigation into a transaction that has already concluded, the letter brings Warner Bros. Discovery to light.

"Bad Blood": LEGO Batman 2 Story Details Reveal A Very Different Take On Batman V Superman

It turns out that a very different perspective on the battle that inspired Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice was planned for the sequel to The LEGO Batman Movie, which was ultimately scrapped. After the success of the first The LEGO Batman Movie, which earned $312 million throughout the world, it was announced that production on a sequel has been greenlit in 2018. After Warner Bros., DC's parent company, sold the rights to Universal in 2020, Warner Bros. was unable to move through with The LEGO Batman Movie 2, which had been scheduled for a 2022 release.

With a tale that paid homage to Batman's extensive canon across comics, animation, film, television, and video games while also giving the character and the DC universe its own unique twist, The LEGO Batman Movie was a smashing success. Batman's strained relationship with the Justice League, and particularly Superman, was a humorous and intriguing story piece in the first film.

In order to capture the Joker and imprison him in the Phantom Zone, Batman infiltrated Superman's Fortress of Solitude in The LEGO Batman Movie alongside Robin. In other DC continuitys, Batman could have just gone to Superman and asked for the item, explaining the circumstances. However, this was not possible in the world of The LEGO Batman Movie. It was established that Batman and the Justice League do not get along very well when Bruce Wayne crashed a party celebrating the JLA's 57th anniversary even though he had not been invited.

Details from the cancelled The LEGO Batman Movie 2 suggest that the film will continue the comedic dynamic between Batman, Superman, and the Justice League. If the uncomfortable hero interactions from the first film had been carried over into the sequel, it would have been a smash hit. Since McKay has stated that the film would have explored "how hard it is to truly be friends, real friends, for years," it is likely that The LEGO Batman Movie 2 would have had touching moments like those in the original film's unexpected discovered family tale.
